source WORK Inc. is proud to announce its selection by the Institute for Economic Empowerment as the second national demonstration site for a groundbreaking new program to promote sustainable employment and career development for individuals with disabilities.  WORK Inc. will be expanding the model to individuals with significant mental illnesses.

This program will be composed of three major elements- 1: here Discovery – an extensive look at all a job seekers interests, contributions, and conditions for success; go here 2: Paid Internships – opportunities to participate in one or more eight to twelve week (average) paid internships in any of 16 industrial sectors; and 3: go to link A payroll tax offset which can pay for long term supports.
